Have Gold from Henry Gold

I came across a set of articles on Henry Gold's blog. It is about how to do business online, with DOs and DON'Ts.
Reading those articles, was like finding a goldmine. It's not that I never heared about what is he talking about there. But the information is crucial for any business, not only for online business. I don't know if you know Henry Gold, but if you do not, than you should definitely go and read this series of articles, and, belive me, you'll love him!
And if you know him, well, than you know it worths reading!
Here are the links you need:

http://www.mysupercoach.com/blog/henry-gold/lesson-2-squeeze-page-system-50000-subscribers/
The articles, are more an online course on BUSINESS SUCCESS, than anything else. Such as an usual blog article.
They are written maybe in a too straightforward language, maybe a little too taugh to make your delight, BUT!... Let me ask you a question: When life hits you down to ground, asks you if you will enjoy it? I doubt it! I KNOW it! I have learned from my own life. I've been down several times and I had to “rise and shine”. Maybe the hardest was when at 36 years of age, I had to head to a new career. My initial one, was a dead end. The industry (Forging and Heat Treatments) was collapsing in Romania's of those years. That was in 1995...
So, I had to make A CHOICE. THE CHOICE OF MY LIFE. Do you think you can afford mistakeing again at this age? Well, I KNEW I had only ONE option: fight myself, fight against all the odds AND WIN!
Well, Henry Gold now teaches you maybe the less elegant language of an expert that will allow you only BE A WINNER. This might sound harsh, mercyless, but in the end, WHAT IS YOUR PLAN?
Do you want to be A WINNER in your online business?
Well, if so, make sure you FOLLOW this steps:
1. Read those lessons carefully!!
2. Make your choice! Establish your goals.
3. Write them down!
Why? Would you dare to go on a mountain trip in Himalaya WITHOUT A MAP? Well, I spent my childhood watching the mountains from my window, and almost all the year, the snow on their peaks. But I also CLIMBED those mountins. Belive me, if you're not TAUGHT BY AN EXPERT, 99% chances you might get lost and never get where you expected to. THAT is business! It is a challenge and only if you do your homework at your best YOU WIN!
Henry Gold, with those lessons, guides you through the sharp threatening cliffs you might fall on, and get lost.
4. APPLY YOUR PLAN! PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

Stomper Scrutinizer – Much ado for nothing

Stomper Scrutinizer – Much ado for nothing

Well, after reading a presales page pretty nice colored and stuffed with all kind of marketing eye-catching tricks, you get to the state-of-the-art video demo. It's some kind of a tutorial, teaching you, urging you to accept the huge benefits you get using Scrutinizer. After such a noisy and techie media show, one gets the impresion that he got into god's lap finding that piece of software...
Well, first thing you find out when you act, is that you need Adobe Air to run Scrutinizer, since it is an Adobe Air application. OK then, you go to Adobe's site, download Air and proceed to setup it on your computer. Nevermind the license that states that “this version is for solely the purpose of using Adobe Air applications and you cannot make such applications with this version”, bla-bla-blah... Honestly speaking, I even hadn't the slicest idea to start learning to do that. Being a webdesigner, not a very experienced one, the only thing I wanted was to get a tool to spped-up a site's development AND useability of the site, MEANWHILE.
OK. Afterall, one needs to be on top of the wave, so, I got Air on my computer. Doesn't spend much HDD space, it's only 11 MB and assuming a compression ratio of 2.2:1, that would eat about 24, say 26 MB of space. No problem! Since a common HDD now is about 250 GB, it doesn't matter.
After installing Air, obviously, I'm eagger to find what's all about with Scrutinizer.     Remember? A techie presentation, with a tough part speaking about eye's phisiology, such as direct sight, periphearal sight, how do I see a website and all that stuff. Not that I don't know how I see it. They just assume that I'm somekind of an idiot that has to be told that his body has eyes, head, legs, hands and so. I didn't like at all what the authors ASSUMED I AM AND I KNOW. And they ASSUMED I am an idiot and I have no idea about basic principles of drawing, colors, eye phisiology. But let's move a little further...
Well, after such a techie presentation, even I was very impressed, in spite of the offending marketing tactics and LACK OF RESPECT AND DECENCY for my person, my time, my good intentions... So, what do i decide?
Well, I told myself that nobody is supposed to know who I am and what scientific degrees I might have. So, those being said, when you or I promote a new product, we are suppoosed to consider the middle range of the market: people that might need what we offer, but don't want to get messed with techie knowledge, readind hundred of pages of techie manuals, referencies, articles and so. And, again obviously, OUR TIME is priceless: we don't want to spend time and don't have time to spend on things we are not interested to know about. If I were to get a Ph D., I obviously went to a University's site, DEFINITELY NOT at Stomper.net. It's just THAT SIMPLE...
So, after all, WHAT DOES THIS SOFTWARE DO FOR ME?

Good question!
Well, after playing around with Scrutinizer 10 minutes or so, I was expecting to get the “magic” results they promised: Is my site bad, or is it good? Does it look appealing to Surfer's eye? Is the Surfer going to rise the amount of seconds he granted me initially? How does my blocks appear into his (my eyes, your eyes, OUR...) eyes, catching, or messie?

SO, WHAT DID I GET?

NOTHING! Just a blurrie screen filter!! That is all about! A round (elliptic) transparent surface on about 35% of the screen or so, with a nice gradient from 100% transparent in the middle, to 80% opaque (blurred) on the rest of the screen!! that's ALL ABOUT SCRUTINIZER!
Finally, I asked myself what was that good for? I'm still searching for an answer...
Maybe the authors of the software have the techie knowledge, and juging the video, they SURE DO HAVE! BUT! The software is more a pre-pre-pre-pre Alpha release. It does the same thing I can accomplish with a laser printer transparencie and a white (or any other color I might like, depending on the mood I'm in ;-) ) paint spray can and, surely less time than downloading Adobe Air, installing, watching the video, eventually reading a manual or the online help and, eventually, running Scrutinizer... NOT mentioning that Scrutinizer is supposed to be a comercial product, so, meaning that I have to suck some good bucks from my wallet... and even not mentioning that it runs soooo slooooooowly on my PIV 2660 with 2 GB DDR 400 RAM dual channel!!
So, do you want Scrutinizer? GO FOR IT!
    And now,
A FINAL NOTE FOR THE TEAM of Scrutinizer:
C'MON GUYS!! Admit the bare truth!!
YOUR VIDEO IS PURE GOLD!!
    Again:
YOUR VIDEO IS PURE GOLD!!
    After watching it, I reminded
THE BASIC PRINCIPLES of GRAPHIC DESIGN.
    And
THAT IS ALL ABOUT: APPLYING THE BASIC PRINCIPLES!! It's like RTFM!!

You apply the basics, you get the results you desire. And if you don't...
Well, if you're aiming to be A GOOD WEBDESIGNER, you got to understand AND APPLY those principles! That's why I say from all my heart: WATCH THAT VIDEO, LEARN THE BASICS AND PUT THE PRINCIPLES IN ACTION!!
That is, ACT BY THE RULES!
And, to conclude this article, why should I need a software to show me what that STATE OF THE ART VIDEO already taught me? Will the Scrutinizer or any other software do the job for me? I doubt it!
It's not about Scrutinizer, guys, all it's about is STICK TO THE PRINCIPLES, don't break the rules the NATURE HERSELF STATES.
Because, HERE IS THE TRUTH: The eye behaves THE SAME, no matter what we see! Be it a picture, a movie, a painting, a graphic, a website or name it as you please... And, AGAIN, it's not about my eyes, or any other's. The eye itself is a tool that Mother Nature provided us with. It has it's own RULES AND PRINCIPLES it's working after. And THAT, has nothing to do with using or not using a software. Itt's simply a MATTER OF KNOWLEDGE. If you understand the principles, you get the job done great. Otherwise... take a vacation, get to the library, do some research, study... OR:
Have it THE EASY WAY: Watch the video AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK!
CHEERS!! ;)

GRATITUDE

I feel stucked.
For almost a week, I feel stucked.
Few days ago, when I realised that I can't go on with my skedule, with my common tasks, I've been wondering what's going on with me. Then suddenly, I came to understand. No, it wasnt boredom; it wasn't even the faint feeling that I'm too tired, as I thought in the beginning. Not that it couldn't be that either... But I somehow knew it was not that. I wasn't too tired. How anyone can be tired when doing something he likes like crazy!?! No, it had to be something else...
What then?
WHAT?!?

And then... FLASH! Like when someone turns on the light in a dark room, everything blew out straight before my eyes: the plan! My plan. My goals. What happened with my goals? When was the last time I allowed myself to lay down everything, and have a few moments to review last steps I made? Review quietly all the things I've done lately, all the moments of joy, brought by each small success, by each step forward I've made in the last months?
No. I simply forgot to allow myself to enjoy the moments. To feel good. To breathe the air around me, without worrying for the next step. Relaxed. Awaken, but somehow away from all the noise, all the struggle, all details that usually tend to become so too much important, that hide away the beauty of the moment we're passing through.
The beauty of LIFE ITSELF.
Life is not made of giant successes. It's all about moments. About feeling each slice of a second, somewhere inside, very deep inside. It's about feeling people, people that you meet or met on your way, people that helped you achieve your goals... No matter how small or big would've been those goals. Because there have been people that stood there for you, and brought their contribution to your success... A thought, an advice, or simply a glance...
I forgot about all those tiny little things that make a series of small achievements, become a great moment. A success.
For success is not like a flashing light. It only appears to be, from time to time. But it's not. Success becomes visible for everybody, when you are able to gather enough successful steps, to make the significant one. The one that makes every previous small step, become visible to everyone under the form of Success; of the great achievement.
And from time to time, we owe that to ourselves, and to everyone that we know or don't know, but certainly has brought a silent contribution to this final step.
So, was there such a step?
Yes. There was. I published my book, "Inner Rhythms". It is a success. There were lots of steps, many years of hopes, dreams, desires melt into that dream, to become a project; and then pieces of work. A work that finally came out under the form of a book. And when it came out as reality, when it wasn't anymore a dream or a project under development, but a fact, I found myself so confused, so happy but so confused, so surprised and so unprepared for what was happening!
Many people contributed to that success. It isn't my success only. People that have been around me everyday; people I got so much used to see them, feel them very close all the time, that maybe I didn't even notice if I payed them the attention they deserve...
And that, maybe because they are too close. So close that their gentle touch loses its meanings, its signifiance sometimes... Especially when the rush of a moment, the pressure of another, made me lose my attention, my self-control. Or, when being awfully tired, I forgot to care about anything and everything, even about myself. And they were there for me. And maybe in those moments, I weren't there for them, and still, they didn't care, didn't bother to ask "Hey, where are you? We're here for you!" ...
And now, I have to pay my respects to all those that have been "now and here" for me. Known or unknown; counscious or unconscious. I know that I've been supported, I've been helped.
There were so many things, moments, facts, knowlege, gathered together in this project! So many people that taught me important things, like the "secrets" of internet marketing, designing a book cover, writing a salespage, promotion, taking care of myself, avoiding to stay overnights --- as I tend to, when things seem to get out of my control, and so on... They were there for me, to help me learn and understand everything that means basic and even more than that, about online business, goal setting, goal achieving, self esteem, respect for the others...
This is the moment when I have to say THANK YOU to a lot of people. The list is extremly long, so I will name only a few:
The "Poezie.ro" literary site, "Noduri şi semne" group of poetry writers, David Vallieres, Dirk Dupon, Patric Chan, Jimmy D. Brown, Silviu Radu, Horia Matei Nicolae, Sheila Edwards, Henry Gold, Bob Proctor, Clifford Mee, James Ray, Derrick VanDyke, Jim Edwards, Jim Daniels, Luis Allport, S. Kumar, Michael Cheney, Mike Filsaime, Shawn Casey, Russell Brunson, Vic Johnson, Rebecca Fine, Gabriel Moldovan, and many, many others.
A very special THANKS to Florina, Antonina and Ioana. Three women that brought into my life more than I can say in words...
There are also my sister, nephew, and my brother-in -law. Thanks!
And last, but not least, not rewarding myself for all that work, makes things look and feel like a waste... Which is not the case.
It is now the moment to say that I am grateful to all of you, for all the help I got, whether I knew it or not.
It is now the moment for me to cool the engines for a short time, to enjoy the surroundings, say THANK YOU FOLKS, and get prepared for the next race.
It is now the moment to allow myself enjoy everyone, everything, and every moment spent to reach from the initial dream, to the final fact.
It is now the moment to express my GRATITUDE, my LOVE for YOU.
ALL of you.

Top 20 Traffic Disasters

"Hi Derrick!
Thanks for this gift. Nice book and quite “slim” :) . No “fat”, no time-sucking. The only thing I’d like to say to all readers:
Watch out the phrases at the beginning of page 14:
The page starts with “You stall”.
Read the page 10 times, 100 times, 1000 times if you don’t get it straight!
Then DO IT!
Above my note, there’s one from a girl living in the same beautiful contry as I do. I subscribe to what Alexandrina Cucu pointed out (No ClickBank, noPayPal, etc. in Romania) BUT: Read Michael’s book. Won’t take all your life. In fact, it’ll take you a few minutes, BUT you will save LOTS of money.
and I tell you, belive me, the very first step in making money, is saving what you have. So, Mike gave you a lot of money, in savings. Use them wisely!
To your success & have a wonderful day,
